OK, the cross-platform web server is a kind of offline server. It may be mail server, web server, database server. In a simple word, cross-platform web server solution is which can host different kinds of web
application.
There is many open source cross-platform web server solution like XAMPP. Just download XAMPP and install it in your computer.
You will have some modules in one package. We need to start Apache and MySQL for our database.

The software will install in our c drive named xampp.
