Born on 7 November 1982 in Mymensingh, Tamim Shahriar Subin is a professional software engineer. He started his education at Homna Government Primary School. After completing his studies at AK High School and Notre Dame College, he completed his computer science and engineering studies at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology. Born into a government official's home, Subin's main attraction revolves around programming. He solved about five hundred programming problems while at university.
Python is his preferred programming language, although he can code in many languages. However, his hobbies are writing and traveling. Subin has written several books combining hobbies and interests at one point. The subject matter of Tamim Shahriar Subin's books is computer programming, most of which are written in Bengali. He started writing books on Bengali programming with the idea of overcoming the inertia of Bengali-speaking people about computer programming. Readers do not have to rush to assimilate Tamim Shahriar Subin's book, written in a simple, fluent language. In the middle of Tamim Shahriar Subin's book, there are programming guidelines, programming with Python, and complex subjects like mathematics. While in Bangladesh, he set up two companies, Free Software Limited and Binary Computing. He is also employed as an Academic Counselor in the Bangladesh Mathematical Olympiad. He and his family are currently living in Singapore.
