What is a Blogger?
Blogger is a Google platform for bloggers around the world. It's a multi-user platform where users can publish blog posts. It's a google hosted platform, so no hosting or domain is required to open a blogger account. That means you can have an a.blogspot.com domain name and host with a blogger dashboard for free. Blogger was first developed by Pyra Labs, which was bought by Google in 2003.
